Returns and Refunds

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

If you are a UK or EU consumer, you have the legal right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel your order within 14 working days of receiving your goods.

Notice of cancellation must be received within 14 working days, starting from the day the goods are received. In accordance with these regulations, we will refund the cost of the item(s) ordered and the original standard delivery charge.

RETURNS

We want you to shop with confidence. In addition to your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations, you may return any item within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Be in a resaleable condition

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned within 28 days that meet these conditions will be eligible for a full refund or product exchange.

Please note: We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such cases, you will be notified that no refund is available and you will be responsible for arranging the return of the goods to you within 28 days of notification.

REFUNDS

In most cases, refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If you choose to keep part of your original order, you will not be eligible for a refund of the original delivery charges.

Refunds for delivery costs apply to standard delivery only. If express delivery was selected, only the standard delivery charge will be refunded.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This returns policy applies only to purchases made online at www.barefacebrushes.co.uk. We are unable to accept returns for items purchased through partnered retail locations.
