UK ORDERS

Free Standard UK Delivery on all orders over £50

Standard UK – £2.49
Delivery time is 3–5 working days from the order date. We usually deliver within 3 working days, but at peak times this may extend to 5 working days.

Express UK – £4.49
Delivery time is 1–2 working days from the order date. We usually deliver within 1 working day, but at peak times this may extend to 2 working days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

EU – £6.49
Delivery time is 5–7 working days from the order date. We usually deliver within 5 working days, but at peak times this may extend to 7 working days.

Rest of the World (Non-EU) – £9.49
Delivery time is 5–10 working days from the order date. We usually deliver within 5 working days, but at peak times this may extend to 10 working days.

Orders to countries outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to VAT, import duties, and taxes. Any charges must be paid directly to the relevant authority.

RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

Please take extra care when providing your address and postcode details to prevent delays or delivery errors. We will aim to deliver to the address provided; however, we cannot be held responsible or liable for non-delivery resulting from incorrect information.

Orders are processed and dispatched on working days only (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Certain orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available, our delivery company will leave a contact card with instructions for re-delivery.

Any delivery times stated on our website are estimates only. While we will endeavour to deliver your goods on time, we accept no liability for any failure to deliver within the estimated time frame.
