7. Gift cards and e-vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. If the value of products purchased is less than the value of the gift card or e-voucher, any remaining balance will be forfeited and will not be reimbursed. If the value of your order exceeds the value of the gift card or e-voucher, the balance may be paid by credit or debit card.

When redeeming a gift card or e-voucher, please quote the unique serial number either by telephone or via the checkout page on the website. Gift cards and e-vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of issue.

Gift cards and e-vouchers are available in sterling only and cannot be purchased by customers outside the UK. Promotional codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards or e-vouchers.
